Which means, as is, it would maybe only charge properly in Antigua and Thailand. I'm still on the fence about buying a converter (that would be another $7.49 for the simplest 50 Watt Step Up Converter - 50% of the price of the shaver alone), so this review is based on using this shaver in the US without a converter.Pros: - it (eventually) does the job Cons: - it does not work plugged in (once the battery is flat) - after 10-hour charge, it only lasts about 10-15 minutes - the pill container is very small, difficult to remove, and needs emptying very often (otherwise the shaver slows down and doesn't work) -...
